A 55-year-old resident of Ajax is facing charges after a driving complaint.
Quinte West OPP stopped a vehicle around noon on Glen Miller Road in Trenton.
The driver was charged with careless driving and unauthorized red and blue lights.
The lights were seized by police.
Under the Highway Traffic Act, only emergency vehicles are authorized to have red and blue lights.
