There is one new case of COVID-19 in Hastings and Prince Edward Counties.
The Public Health Unit is reporting 39 confirmed cases of the virus, with this latest case being attributed to community spread.
The number of probable cases has also increased to 212, up from 208 on Monday.
Of the 39 confirmed cases, 19 have recovered and 152 of the probable cases are also listed as recovered.
There have been two deaths related to the virus in our area.
In Haliburton, Kawartha and Pine Ridge; there are 156 cases in their area and 13 cases in Northumberland County.
