There was a house fire in Actinolite just north of Tweed on Saturday afternoon.
Tweed and Centre Hastings firefighters were called in around 1:15 p.m. to 35 Hungerford Street.
A fire had started in the garage area and spread to the house causing approximately $200,000 in damage to the home. Everyone inside was able to escape the home safely.
The fire is not deemed suspicious but is still under investigation.
