Northumberland County council voted on Wednesday to reopen the Brighton landfill and the community recycling centres in Bewdley and Seymour by May 1, under limited conditions and restrictions.
The new modified operating hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Bewdley site opens Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays as of April 27.
The Brighton site opens Mondays through Saturdays as of April 29.
The Seymour site opens Wednesdays and Fridays as of May 1.
Other restrictions are in place as well.
Payments will only be taken using debit or credit and no household hazardous waste or clothing will be accepted until further notice.
