A 31-year-old man from Barrie will appear in court in June after he was caught trespassing.
Lennox and Addington OPP say they were called to an Addington Highlands cottage property after the owner discovered a trespasser in their cottage on Friday afternoon.
Officers found a vehicle stuck in the mud near the property and charged Donald Simons with mischief under $5,000, unlawfully in a dwelling house and operation with a blood alcohol concentration over 80 mgs.
His vehicle was impounded for seven days and licence suspended for 90 days.
