Belleville Police responded to 32 calls for service between 5 a.m. on April 13, 2020 and 5 a.m. on April 14, 2020.
Disturbance
On April 13, 2020 at 11:41 p.m., officers attended an address on Hidden Valley Rd. in regards to a family disturbance. The suspect’s mother called in to report that her daughter was intoxicated and smashing things in the residence. Officers arrived and located the 20-year-old Belleville female. She was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Belleville Police Service. She was released on a Provincial Offence Notice.
Arrest on Warrants
On April 14, 2020 at 3:30 a.m., an officer on patrol stopped a vehicle in the west end of the city. One of the passengers of the vehicle was determined to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Twenty-five-year-old David Bellerive of Belleville was arrested on a warrant for outstanding charges of theft, breach of probation and failing to attend court. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
