The coronavirus pandemic and its many ramifications is putting pressure on everyone but for those who suffer from addictions or mental health issues the problems can seem insurmountable.
To meet an increasing demand for their services, Addictions and Mental Health Services Hastings Prince Edward will now operate its telephone Helpline 7 days a week.
Addictions and Mental Health’s Barinder Gill says addictions and mental health case workers are on standby.
The Helpline will be available from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. every day of the week, including statutory holidays (613.967.4737)
