Belleville police officers were busy with potentially dangerous incidents in separate locations just before noon yesterday (Monday).
At 11:25 a.m., police were called to a residence in the west end after reports of a domestic disturbance.
An 85-year-old man faces two counts of assault.
Just a few minutes later officers arrested a woman on Front Street after reports of someone being threatened with a knife.
Heather Harper, 28, of Belleville was charged with weapons dangerous and uttering threats.
