Some of the items that will be looked at for those interested in the property are the flood line for the Bay of Quinte, the nearby sewage treatment plant, and whether the lane has any contaminants on the site after years of industrial work. He says following their affordable housing summit in early 2019, some approvals have been made, which could help bring more housing, such as the waiving of development charges.
