Prince Edward County has added an additional location for sand and sandbags for those in the West Lake area.
The West Lake Community Church (1901 County Rod.12) has sand and sandbags available on a self-serve basis.
The lake’s water level was 75.24m on Thursday, which is 47 cm above average, and 22 cm above where it was at this time last year.
Residents are reminded social distancing is still in effect to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
