Northumberland OPP have charged a Cramahe Township man after two drug warrants were executed on Friday.
Members of the Peterborough/Northumberland Community Street Crime Units along with the OPP Emergency Response Team and Provincial Joint Forces Cannabis Enforcement Team executed two cannabis act warrants at two adjoining properties on County Rd. 2 west of Brighton on Friday.
Ronald Forget was arrested and charged with alter or offer to alter the chemical or physical properties of cannabis, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and possession of illicit cannabis.
Police seized approximately $124,000 worth of cannabis derivatives along with approximately $50,000 in cash.
The 51-year-old was released from custody and will appear in Cobourg court in June.
