A court date and charges have been released, related to a crash near Marlbank in December.
On Friday December 13, Napanee firefighters, L&A OPP, and EMS attended after a pickup truck and car collided around the intersection of Pine Grove Road and Roblin Road, not far from Roblin.
A car on Pine Grove Road collided with a pickup truck entering the road.
The car came to rest against a hydro pole and the truck remained on the roadway.
Both the driver and the passenger of the car sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries
This week 36-year-old Matthew James Calver of Stone Mills Township was charged with operation causing bodily harm, dangerous operation causing bodily harm, and operating a motor vehicle over the legal limit.
Calver is in court in Napanee May 19.
