Central Hastings OPP have charged a Stirling-Rawdon resident after they narrowly missed hitting a police cruiser.
Police report around 1 a.m. on Sunday, an officer attempted to stop a vehicle in Marmora and Lake.
The driver fled in a reckless manner say police before being located a short time later.
Andrew Gilbert is facing charges of flight from a peace officer, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and failure to comply with a probation order.
The 31-year-old will appear in Belleville court in June.
