Ministry of Health, Community Care for Central Hastings will be taking the following measures to protect volunteers, clients and staff.
- Effective Monday, March 16 and until further notice, the Diners Program, Friendly Active Living Exercise Program (Wednesdays at Timber Trails) and the Matthew Place Social will be CANCELLED.
- The Transportation Program will continue to transport clients to HIGH PRIORITY MEDICAL appointments only. In addition, all clients who are being transported will be screened prior to their trip.
- Meals on Wheels deliveries of hot and frozen meals will continue, with some preventive measures implemented
- Home Making / Home Maintenance Program will continue to run, however a screening of both clients and brokered workers will be implemented on a regular basis.
