The hydro provider for the City of Belleville says it is suspending all electricity disconnections until further notice.
Elexicon Energy says “this is a difficult time for everyone” and the company “wants customers to know that we’re here to help and support them”.
The company says anyone who might be concerned about paying their bill, is experiencing hardship, or being impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, should contact them to discuss extended bill payment options and financial assistance programs.
