Two members of the Apollo Barbell Club earned medals at the Ontario Winter Games in Orillia over the weekend.
Elijah Martindale won a silver medal in the 73+ kilo class.
Elijah had a total lift of 200 kilos (441 pounds) including a lift of 85 kilos in the Snatch and 115 kilos in the Clean and Jerk.
Kayla Martindale won a bronze in the 59+ kilo division with a total lift of 122 kilos (269 pounds).
Kayla lifted 72 kilos in the Clean and Jerk and 50 kilos in the Snatch.
