Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee has recommended council approve a Draft Plan of Subdivision for a major housing project off Farnham Road.
If given final approval by the city, the development would eventually feature 367 residential units, including single family homes, semi-detached and townhouses.
There would also be a park and walkways.
The developer is Andy Geertsma of GCL Developments.
