A new manufacturing and retail business is hoping to set up shop in a busy commercial district at Highway 401 and Wallbridge-Loyalist Road in Belleville.
A business known as Quinte Boat Docks is applying for a rezoning of land on the Ten Acre Truck Stop property at 902 Wallbridge-Loyalist Road.
If approved by the city there would be a recreational vehicle dealership and a manufacturing facility for boats and docks.
Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting on the proposal Monday at 5:30 at city hall.
A recommendation from city staff on the application will be made at a future meeting.
