Grades 9 to 12 students in Hastings Prince Edward District School Board will get a day off next week.
The Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation announced that members at select school boards will participate in a one-day strike on Thursday, March 5.
Students in Grades 9-12 should not go to school that day.
The strike does not affect students in JK to Grade 8.
The Ontario English Catholic Teachers Association will be off the job next Thursday as well.
