Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee will be asked to give approval to a Draft Plan of Subdivision for a big new development proposed for Farnham Road.
If finally approved by the city, the development would include up to 367 residential units.
There could be 79 single family homes and some semi-detached houses along with townhouses of various kinds.
There would also be a park and walkways as part of the project.
The developer is Andy Geertsma of GCL Developments.
Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee meets at 5:30 Monday at city hall.
