Each is charged with mischief over $5,000, disobey a court order and enter land where line work situated – Railway Safety Act.
Kolbasook, Strongitharm and Sharpe are also charged with resisting arrest. Americanhorse is also charged with obstructing police.
One person was taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries before being released.
All of the accused have been released on conditions and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee on March 24.
An investigation into protest activities is ongoing and the OPP will continue to engage in dialogue as the situation continues.
