The champion soup makers in Belleville’s Downtown District remain the champs!
At yesterday’s Savour the Chill soup tasting event, Chilangos Restaurant took the Judge’s Choice Award for the second year in a row.
Chilangos prepared a hearty vegan Black Bean Mayan Soup. The People’s Choice trophy was won by Toro Sushi Restaurant.
Thousands flocked to the Downtown District on a perfect February Saturday to enjoy Savour the Chill, now into its 17th year.
