There was a fatal collision in the City of Kingston last night (Monday).
Shortly before 11 o’clock OPP, the Kingston Fire Department and Kingston Paramedics responded to Highway 15 in the area of Sunbury Road after a head-on collision between a car and a pickup truck.
The driver of the car, 19-year-old Percival French of Elgin was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the pickup and a passenger were uninjured.
