People with an egg allergy are being advised to avoid two types of fish cakes connected to a recall by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
The agency says tests on Goraesa octopus fish cake and vegetable fish cake products tested positive for egg, an ingredient not declared on the product’s label.
It says the products are sold in Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Quebec.
As with any recall warning, people are advised to toss the products or return them for a refund.
