The owner of the Oak Hills Golf Club hopes to build a residential development near the golf course.
Quinte West’s Planning Advisory Committee will see a report regarding a zoning amendment to allow 100 seasonal homes.
The development would be legally set up as condominiums.
A handful of residents living near the Oak Hills Golf Course have expressed concern about the suitability of so many homes on the rural property and about water quality and quantity.
The Planning Advisory Committee will receive comments on the plan this Thursday (February 20) and a recommendation will come from city staff at a later date.
