Police find cocaine, heroin and weapons in Belleville drug bust

Belleville Police have made seven arrests in connection with an investigation into the sale of drugs, specifically cocaine, in the city.

The investigation began in January of this year and wrapped up with three search warrants being executed this past Wednesday.

During those searches police found 26.1 grams of cocaine, valued at about $2,800, along with two grams of suspected heroin, $830 in cash, multiple cell phones, baby monitors which were being used for surveillance outside of the home, as well as scales and other drug paraphernalia.

Of those arrested, four are from Belleville and the othe three are from the Toronto area, with all of them facing various drug-related charges as follows:

26 year-old Thierno Balde from the Toronto area, was arrested and charged with:

1. Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine 5(2) CDSA

2. Possession of property obtained by crime 354(1)(a) Criminal Code

Balde was held for a bail hearing on the 13th of February 2020.

26 year-old Elison John Teliska from the Toronto area, was arrested and charged with:

1. Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine 5(2) CDSA

2. Possession of property obtained by crime 354(1)(a) Criminal Code

Teliska was held for a bail hearing on the 13th of February 2020.

28 year-old Ismael Mare from the Toronto area, was arrested and charged with:

1. Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine 5(2) CDSA

2. Possession of property obtained by crime 354(1)(a) Criminal Code

3. Possession for the purpose of trafficking Heroin 5(2) CDSA

Mare was held for a bail hearing on the 13th of February 2020.

50 year-old Marco Deciantis of Belleville, was arrested and charged with:

1. Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine 5(2) CDSA

2. Possession of property obtained by crime 354(1)(a) Criminal Code

Deciantis was released on an Undertaking with a court date of the 23rd of March 2020.

33 year-old Amanda Loveless of Belleville, was arrested and charged with:

1. Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine 5(2) CDSA

2. Possession of property obtained by crime 354(1)(a) Criminal Code

Loveless was released on an Undertaking with a court date of the 23rd of March 2020.

62 year-old Steve Koebel of Belleville, was arrested and charged with:

1. Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine 5(2) CDSA

2. Possession of property obtained by crime 354(1)(a) Criminal Code

Steve Koebel was released on an Undertaking with a court date of the 23rd of March 2020.

63 year-old John Collingridge Sr. of Belleville, was arrested and charged with:

1. Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine 5(2) CDSA

3. Possession of property obtained by crime 354(1)(a) Criminal Code

John Collingridge Sr. was released on an Undertaking with a court date of the 23rd of March 2020.
