A Hamilton Township man is facing charges after Northumberland OPP executed two search warrants in Northumberland County on Thursday.
Police executed the first search warrant at a Dale Road address in Hamilton Township and at a Mastwoods Road residence in Port Hope.
Investigators seized two trailers and a John Deere excavator with a value totalling over $52,000.
Richard Veenhof is facing charges of theft over $5,000, two counts of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and possession of the proceeds of crime over $5,000.
The 57-year-old was released and will appear in Cobourg court in March.
