From 6 years of age to 60 the Belleville Bulldogs Rugby program is one of the most respected in Ontario.
With the outdoor season not far away the Bulldogs are holding a series of free indoor sessions for boys and girls at the Loyalist Sports Dome. They will be held on Tuesday nights and will run for 8 weeks. Bulldogs spokesperson Jo Robinson.
The Bulldogs operate teams from touch programs, to junior to mens and womens and old boys levels with about 300 players registered.
Robinson says there have been changes made to the junior age designations.
Last year the Belleville Bulldogs girls Under 15 team won the Toronto Rugby Union and the Ontario Rugby championship. That team is expected to remain almost intact as the Under 16 team this season.
