A man is dead after after a snowmobile he was on hit a tree along a maintained trail near Bancroft Saturday afternoon.
Bancroft OPP say the driver has been identified as 61-year-old Terry Pridham of Angus.
Police say he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers with Bancroft OPP, OPP Technical Collision Investigators and OPP Collision Reconstructionist investigated the fatality.
