A South Frontenac Township resident has been charged following a collision on Sand Lake last month.
South Frontenac OPP report on January 17 around 1 a.m., a pickup was driven onto the ice where it hit two small ice huts, both with men in the shelters.
One man was knocked unconscious and the other man wasn’t seriously injured and managed to drive the other victim to the hospital.
An investigation has resulted in 23-year-old Devon Berry being charged with two counts of dangerous operation causing bodily harm and two counts of failing to stop at an accident resulting in bodily harm.
Berry will appear in Kingston court on February 20.
