Hastings County has adopted a four-year plan to boost business and tourism in the county.
The Economic and Tourism Development Action Plan 2020 to 2024 was presented to Hastings County Council on Thursday by Chair of the Planning and Development Committee Centre Hastings Mayor Tom Deline.
It will concentrate on three main areas.
One is to increase the population of the county and encourage new development.
It will support startup businesses and existing businesses.
The plan is also aimed at increasing the “awareness” of Hastings County.
