Over the next three months, members from the Prince Edward County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police will be canvassing local businesses for information regarding their video surveillance systems.
These efforts will assist in the creation of a database which will improve the efficiency of investigations.
The Prince Edward County Auxiliary unit will also be utilized. All officers will be identifiable by their uniform.
