The mild temperatures we’ve been experiencing are coming to an end. The forecast is calling for a low of around minus 15 overnight.
Due to the cold, the City of Belleville will open its municipal warming centre located at Victoria Avenue Baptist Church at the corner of Pinnacle Street and Victoria Avenue in the downtown.
The warming centre will be open starting at 8 o’clock this evening and closing at 8 in the morning tomorrow.
