The Belleville Downtown District is looking at a new event to help drive interest in vacant properties in the downtown.
On Saturday, February 8, they are launching an event called District Spaces. It is an open house event for investors and entrepreneurs to tour available buildings in the core.
Officials with the downtown say there are great properties available and they want to show them off.
The spaces offer such things as exposed brick, high ceilings, storefront window displays, contemporary office suits, and more.
