The Wellington Dukes scored five unanswered goals to close out the Cobourg Cougars 5-2 Monday night in Cobourg.
Evan Miller lead the way with a pair of goals, Jake Gagnon had a goal and an assist while Ben Evans and Frank Vittuci each added singles.
Matt Keeley allowed to first period goals before shutting the door. Keeley had 24 saves on 26 shots for the win.
With the win, the Dukes are now just three points back of the Trenton Golden Hawks for first place in the division with three games in hand.
The Dukes and Hawks will face-off on Friday night in Wellington for the Battle of Quinte with plenty on the line.
