A Belleville man faces further charges after someone was seen acting suspiciously in a parking lot off County Road 41 in Napanee early this morning (Tuesday).
The man was arrested around 5 o’clock and found to be breaching his bail conditions and Lennox and Addington OPP also seized a taser and break and enter tools.
Douglas Wayne Wood, 31, now faces breach of recognizance and probation charges, possession of break and enter tools, and possession of an unauthorized weapon for a dangerous purpose.
Wood is in Napanee court today.
