A Bancroft man faces charges after a truck belonging to a Belleville business was stolen early yesterday (Sunday) morning.
Belleville police say the 2002 Dodge Ram pickup truck was stolen from a location on Vermilyea Road.
Shortly before 10 the truck was seen in the city’s west end and several cruisers surrounded the vehicle.
Paul Cummings, 43, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle and possession of stolen property.
He appears in court January 30.
A 30-year-old woman facing similar charges remains in custody and appears for a bail hearing today (Monday).
