City of Belleville staff recommend approval of land zoning changes to allow a big new housing development in Thurlow ward.
GCL Developments, owned by Andy Geertsma, has applied for changes to allow a mixed housing development on the southeast corner of Farnham Road and Scott Drive.
Eventually the development could include up to 367 residential units including houses, semi-detached units, townhouses, condos and apartments.
The development would also feature a park, open space and walkways.
Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee will consider the application at its meeting Monday.
