Sean Monteith wants to see better marks from the students.
Monteith says opportunity and outcome for students throughout Hastings and Prince Edward counties is key.
The director says no matter where the students live, whether it be Belleville, Deseronto, North Hastings or The County, they need the same chance to succeed.
