Fail to remain accident
On December 31, 2019 between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., a vehicle that was parked in the Reid’s Dairy parking lot on Bell Blvd. was struck and the suspect vehicle left.
Prior to leaving, the driver left a note on the windshield of the vehicle that was hit with no name but a phone number.
Unfortunately, due to the snow and rain the number was wet and faded to a point where it could not be readily identified at this time.
Police are in the process of obtaining video from the plaza.
If you have any knowledge of the fail to remain or if you were the driver who left the note please contact police at scode@police.belleville.on.ca
