Two people will appear in court in January following a traffic stop in Bancroft on the weekend.
Bancroft OPP say on Saturday night around 9:30 p.m., a vehicle was stopped on Hastings Street North.
Officers discovered the driver was not complying with release conditions and 32-year-old Christopher Simpson from Hastings Highlands was arrested.
Police also seized what they believe to be hydromorphone and unmarked cigarettes.
Simpson is facing charges of possession, failure to comply, driving while suspended and failing to have proper identification lamps.
Erika Olmstead, 26, also of Hastings Highlands, was arrested and charged with possession, possession of unmarked cigarettes and unlawful purchase of cannabis.
