A Belleville woman facing drug and theft charges has had the charges against her withdrawn recently.
Tonia Rushlow was charged with drug trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime in February of this year after city police searched an east end residence and found a large quantity of purple heroin (fentanyl).
Rushlow was 28 at the time of the incident.
Meanwhile, Daniel Galpin, 36 at the time, faced the same charges and was sentenced earlier this month to
54 days in jail, 18 months probation, and was given a lifetime weapons ban.
