A Trenton restaurant is chipping in with a donation to the local hospital foundation’s fundraising campaign.
Raul Deborja and Connie Brake of the RiverBrake Cafe have been selling soups throughout the month of December, with proceeds going toward the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation’s IV Smart Pump campaign.
On Friday, they presented the foundation with a cheque for $5,000.
Executive Director Wendy Warner is hoping they’ll have raised the $335,000 for the 67 pumps by the end of December.
