A Quinte West man will spend another few weeks in jail after being sentenced on robbery and assault charges following an incident in Trenton last September.
Justin Lyons, 33 at the time of the incident, was recently sentenced to 50 days in jail and 12 months probation.
The time in prison is on top of 130 days pre-sentence custody.
Lyons along with Dan Vanclief of Quinte West were charged after a robbery and assault at a residence on Bay Street. The victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Vanclief has failed to appear for scheduled court appearances since November.
