No charges have been laid after an OPP cruiser was struck Wednesday morning.
An officer from the Northumberland OPP detachment was at the scene of a collision on the westbound 401 between Colborne and Grafton.
The cruiser was hit from behind by another vehicle that was attempting to move over and lost control on the ice covered highway.
The officer was treated for minor injuries and the other driver was uninjured.
