A Hastings Highlands man is facing an assault charge according to Bancroft OPP.
Police say they were called to a home in the Municipality of Hastings Highlands on Sunday night after a report of a disturbance.
Officers arrested 69-year-old Merle Scott.
He will appear in Bancroft court on January 14 to face the criminal charge.
