Two Quinte West based insurance agents are doing their part to improve medical care at Trenton Memorial Hospital.
Today (Tuesday) local Desjardins Insurance agents Carey and Peter Webb presented a cheque for $8,000 to the TMH Foundation.
The money will help pay for new state of the art IV pumps at the hospital.
Nearly 90% of patients admitted to hospital use IV pumps for one reason or another.
The local donation was part of the Desjardins GoodSpark Community Grants Program which has so far donated over $271,000 to 76
community organizations in various parts of the country.
