Quinte West OPP are reminding motorists to make sure their brakes and tires are in good working condition following this weekend’s snowfall.
Police responded to 19 collisions in the city of Quinte West between the overnight hours on December 1 and the early morning hours of December 2.
Officers report most collisions resulted in only property damage, but one person was sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
OPP want to remind motorists to drive appropriately to weather and road conditions.
