A Marmora man is facing multiple charges according to Kingston Police.
According to police, on Friday night, a man approached a vehicle on Brock Street in Kingston with a bottle of wine in his hand and proceeded to throw it at the vehicle before fleeing.
Police responded and a search began for the man who approached the damaged vehicle again and caused damage to the driver’s side mirror.
According to police, the man also hit other vehicles as he was leaving.
When officers approached the man, they noticed he was heavily intoxicated and he took an aggressive stance and began yelling obscenities.
Once in custody, the suspect kicked an officer while waiting to be booked into a cell.
The 28-year-old is facing assaulting a peace officer, two counts of mischief under $5,000 and breach probation charges.
He was held in custody to attend a bail hearing.
