An elderly man got himself into a scary situation for a while early last evening (Wednesday).
Belleville police say a vehicle ended up getting stuck on the CP rail tracks at the end of Sidney Street, south of Dundas Street West, at around 7 o’clock.
CP Rail was ordered to stop their trains as the vehicle was towed away.
The 87-year-old driver was assessed by paramedics but was ok.
There were no charges.
